BEFORE:  Four natural teeth remaining.
BEFORE:  Few strong, natural teeth remaining.
BEFORE:  Old upper denture is worn, offering no upper lip support, no smile.
BEFORE:  Old upper denture very worn, dark shade of teeth, minimal lip support.
BEFORE:  Old full dentures have tooth surfaces worn flat, uniform 'false' look, dark colour.
BEFORE:  Four front teeth, two side teeth missing.
BEFORE:  Front left lateral tooth missing.
BEFORE:  No upper teeth at all, therefore no upper lip support,  three lower natural teeth remaining.
BEFORE:  Last remaining natural upper teeth to be extracted for the provision of a full upper immediate denture.
AFTER:  Upper and Lower partial dentures fitted.
AFTER:  Upper and Lower partial dentures fitted.
AFTER:  New upper denture supports the lip, shows more teeth, improves the smile.
AFTER:  New upper denture restores tooth length, lighter shade of tooth, full lip support.
AFTER:  New full dentures have a subtle 'softer' look, true tooth shape and lighter colour.
AFTER:  Cobalt/chrome metal 6 tooth partial fitted
AFTER:  Cobalt/chrome metal partial denture fitted.
AFTER:  New full upper denture, full lip support,  partial lower acrylic denture fitted.
AFTER:  Full upper immediate denture inserted immediately after extractions, patient requesting  lighter teeth and no gaps.
